The 12 week program welcomes walkers and runners of all skill levels and get you trained up for a 5K or 10K goal race in mid April 2015. Our core business is getting you in shape! Merlino Fitness spends the majority of our time coaching clients on weight training and how to efficiently and safely build muscle and lose body fat. Normally a session is 60 minutes of resistance training using a variety of equipment. We also offer Bowflex training, running coaching, exercise rehabilitation, nutritional guidance and phone consulting. Whether you live in the greater Houston area or the other side of the world, we have a fitness solution for you!
