Hour and half hour personal training time slots that are available with Michael are shaded in red below. Home training sessions are also available on a limited basis. Michael splits time between the Houston Downtown YMCA and his private training studio so please note the location of each available time slot. Session availability changes weekly so feel free to check back often or call Michael at 713.523.2577 for current availability.

If you are interested in an open session time, would like to be added to his waiting list for another time slot, or be put on a stand-by basis and train as time slots are available each week, fill out the new client fitness and nutrition questionnaire. Even if your schedule conflicts with session availability, we can usually accommodate new clients. You will be contacted by Michael within 48 hours to schedule your initial fitness and nutrition consultation.

All web visitors and new clients are also welcome to join Michael for his free weekly fitness and nutrition web-chat every Thursday night from 6:00-6:30 PM central time. Michael also offers running coaching on most Saturday mornings from 6:00 to 9:00 AM at Memorial Park in Houston. Call us for more details on our running programs.
