Group Weight Training Workshops – 4 hours
Weight Training Basics

$129.00 per person @ Downtown YMCA
Great for the beginner who wants a 4-hour crash course on how to get started with a safe and effective weight-training program. This class includes 1 hour of classroom instruction on how to design your own weight training and cardio schedule followed by 3 hours of hands on training reviewing Michael’s recommended exercises. Each participant will get a chance to try each movement and determine proper machine settings. A written sample workout plan is provided along with a description on how to perform each exercise. A Merlino Fitness supplement sampler is also included as an added bonus to all students. All classes limited to 4 participants and are held at the Downtown YMCA on selected Sundays from 11:00 - 3:00 pm.
