  1. Treadmill Still The King Of Fat Burning
    For fat burning ability the treadmill still wins hands down. While exercising at a low intensity within your target heart rate, brisk walking or jogging on a treadmill still burns at least twice as many calories as the recumbent bike, stationary bike, elliptical trainer (EFX) or stair stepper. Walking or jogging burns even more calories. To increase the treadmill's fat burning potential add random periods of incline and quicker pace during your workout.

  2. Add Muscle And Burn More Fat
    Weight training is very important in your fat loss mission because added muscle mass increases metabolism and makes you a better fat burner.
