Let In Flight Running write a comprehensive training schedule for your next marathon or half marathon event. Certified fitness trainer and marathon coach, Michael Merlino, designs and writes training programs for runners of all skill levels from first time marathoners to marathon veterans. Each written program contains up to 6 months worth of training with mileage, pacing, weight training and cross training recommendations for each day on the schedule.

Here is what you get with your program:

  • 15-minute phone interview to discuss your runner questionnaire and your specific running goals
  • Up to a 32 week training calendar in a pdf file format. Our training program tells you how much mileage on each day along with recommendations on which days to cross train or lift weights for a comprehensive running program.
  • Pace per mile training guidelines and goals based on your most current race times (5K, 10K, 20K, half marathon, marathon etc.)

Here is how to order your program:

  • Fill out our Runner Questionnaire so we have all of the information we need to design your training program.
  • Click on the “Add to Basket” button above to add your program to your shopping cart. Follow the checkout screens and pay with a MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover card.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order as soon as you trigger your order
  • Expect a call from us within 2 business days to schedule your initial phone interview. This gives you a chance to meet your coach, discuss your goals in detail and clarify information on your runner profile.
